Our Products Seventh Generation offers a complete line of non-toxic household products. All of our products are designed to work as well as their traditional counterparts, but use renewable, non-toxic, phosphate free and biodegradable ingredients as much as possible, and are never tested on animals. They are as gentle on the planet as they are on people and they don’t create harmful fumes or leave harmful residues that may affect the health of your family or your pets.At Seventh Generation, we know that natural household products are better for all living things. And we also know that if natural household products don't work, you won't use them. That's why we continuously research new ingredients and technologies. We develop, test, and retest new formulas using state-of-the-art methodologies, never animal testing. Despite these grueling requirements, we're happy to report that we've successfully improved several products:
A wide selection of products is available without added dyes or fragrances. These Free & Clear products are ideal for people who are sensitive to the dyes and fragrances used in many traditional and other natural brands of household products. Also, our paper towels, bath tissue, and facial tissue are made from 100% recycled paper with 80% post-consumer content, and are whitened without chlorine bleach; as a result they are less likely to irritate sensitive skin.  We welcome your suggestions for new products and product improvements!
